Greenville Architectural Firm Seeking Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Serves as receptionist and administrative assistant for an architectural firm located in Greenville, SC
Duties Include:

• Greet visitors
• Handle all incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Perform administrative and office support duties such as typing, filing and web research
• Manage firm's email marketing campaign
• Maintain clean reception area and conference rooms
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing miscellaneous tasks as needed

Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent telephone and communication skills, professional appearance/attitude, familiarity with web design principles and graphic design software, and proficient computer skills (including MS Word, PowerPoint and Adobe).

Marketing Coordinator for Architectural Firm

Position located in either Charleston or Pawley's Island

Responsibilities include:  prepare all proposals and presentations, manage contact information, develop promotional materials, manage website updates, maintain marketing calendar with trade shows and conferences, coordinate project photography, write project descriptions, coordinate with outside consultants, and monitor and track project opportunities along with light administration.

Skills:  graphic ability to compose marketing material, organized, deadline oriented, creative and business writing skills, proficient in Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Outlook.

3+ years experience with an architecture firm or allied profession preferred.
