Culture is your highest priority.

You believe culture is the foundation of exceptional work. You nurture trust, inclusivity, curiosity, and joy in every interaction. You understand that a healthy studio culture fuels creativity, strengthens teams, and elevates project outcomes—and you protect and grow it with intention.

  • A talent for elevating teams—you lead with empathy, support others’ success, and collaborate with purpose.
  • Clear, thoughtful communication in conversation, visuals, and writing.
  • Confidence managing complexity, coordinating partners, and keeping projects aligned with vision and momentum.
  • A strong design sensibility including space planning, flow, and materiality.
  • A commitment to sustainability and long-term community well-being.
  • Ambition and joy—you love the work and the people you get to do it with.

A Role Where You Can Make a Meaningful Mark

  • Join a studio of passionate professionals committed to community-centered design.
  • Lead with autonomy—trusted to guide teams, make decisions, and shape project outcomes.
  • Enjoy variety each day—planning, designing, coordinating, problem-solving, and inspiring.
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams of architects and engineers.
  • Steward the entire project journey—from concept through construction administration.
  • Own outcomes with full support for your professional growth.
  • Step into meaningful opportunity for leadership and advancement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture
  • 8+ years of experience in Community projects (Higher Ed, K-12, Civic/Justice), with strong K-12 PM experience
