Technical Architectural Designer
Description:
Assist the Project Architect with the Construction Documentation and Construction Administration phase of projects.
Prepare all general project sheets, dimension all plans, note and reference all materials and products, draw undeveloped building and wall sections, assemble project details, and apply applicable code requirements. Issue ASI’s, RFI’s and review shop drawings.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Construction Documentation.
Passionate about the technical aspects of architecture, including building science, envelopes, and water management.
Highly organized, self-motivated, thoughtful, curious and meticulous.
Skills:
Proficiency in Revit, Twinmotion skills are a plus, but not required.
Working knowledge of light wood framing and steel construction.
