Position Summary: As an Architectural Designer, you will be instrumental in transforming innovative concepts into stunning architectural designs. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and execute project plans from schematic design through construction documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on design concepts.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and models using architectural software.
• Research building codes, material options, and design trends.
• Assist in client meetings and presentations.
• Ensure designs are functional, safe, and meet client requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software to include AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong technical drafting and architectural detailing skills.
• Familiarity with building systems and regulations.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and meet challenging deadlines.
• Highly motivated individual who can work hand-in-hand with architects, participate as a larger team player, and handle solo projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills a plus.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions.
• A willingness to learn.
• Working towards a professional architectural license is preferred.
