Group 3 Designs is an Architectural and Interior Design firm with 30 years of service based in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina specializing in luxury, high-end residential projects. We are currently seeking a Project Architect who shares our passion for excellence and thoughtful design to join our collaborative team and grow within our firm.
ARCHITECT PROJECT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage high end residential architectural projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and owners to develop project goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and oversee detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and other professionals to integrate all aspects for the projects.
• Active participation in meetings with the project team, consultants and clients to discuss and develop the design
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resources effectively.
• Development of projects design utilizing Revit.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect with a valid architectural license preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in luxury residential projects.
