South Carolina Gingerbread House Competition Returns for a Fourth Sweet Season
The 4th Annual South Carolina Gingerbread House Competition invites bakers, artists, and holiday enthusiasts of all ages to showcase their creativity in a celebration of community and craftsmanship.
The event, hosted by the South Carolina Architectural Foundation and Davis Architecture will be held December 3-12, 2026, at the South Carolina Center for Architecture, located at 1530 Main Street Columbia, SC.
Event Highlights:
Gingerbread House Displays – Intricately designed creations from amateurs and professionals
Judging & Awards – Cash Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places. People’s Choice Award gift basket prize.
Community Impact –Proceeds will go to the South Carolina Architectural Foundation outreach and scholarship programs.
