2026 People’s Choice Awards Voting!

The SC Architectural Foundation is partnering with AIA South Carolina to spearhead the 2026 People’s Choice Awards and promote conversations on architecture and design. The People’s Choice Awards draws from the AIA SC Design Awards project entries and welcomes the public to vote for their favorites in each of nine categories:
- Adaptive Reuse or Historic Preservation
- Interior Architecture
- New Construction/Substantial Renovation under 5,000SF
- New Construction/Substantial Renovation over 5,000SF
- Residential New Construction under $1,000,000
- Residential New Construction over $1,000,000
- Residential Renovation or Addition over $500,000
- Small Projects
- Urban Design/Master Planning
Voting is open to the public through Sunday May 3.
