Originally built in the early 1800s, this significant Lowcountry structure is being thoughtfully restored for adaptive reuse as the future Point Hope Property Owners Association office. The tour will be led by the project team—SMHa (Jeff Johnston and Corinne Corte) and Hill Construction (Zac Brown and Ted Pfau)—who will walk attendees through design strategies, construction challenges, and the process of blending historic rehabilitation with modern needs.
We will meet outside the construction fence at the front entry of the house.
