The Bare Necessities…
- 5-10 years of architectural experience, with a focus in both document production and project management.
- Capable of independently developing complete construction documents.
- Understanding of codes, building construction, and detailing.
- Confident in managing the process of document production and consultant coordination.
- Must be able to communicate and coordinate effectively and positively with all project team
members. - Ability to maintain positive working relationships with Owners, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Understanding of AIA documents, construction process, and responsibilities of each member of the project team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Ability to participate in quality control reviews.
- Available for some travel.
